Power pole by the forces can be divided into straight rods, bearing bar; according to the purpose of use can be divided into straight pole, corner pole, terminal pole, branch rod; by frame-line can be divided into single-loop, double loop and so on.
Horizontal Line Post composite Insulators are the ideal solution for compact line applications in urban areas. They are also ideal for upgrading the capacity of existing lines with a narrow right of way – by increasing the voltage or the number of circuits. Composite line post insulator has good performance of hydrophobicity and anti- pollution, high mechanical strength and can be installed easily.
Raw Material
Before Plate blanking, it needs leveling, to ensure the accuracy of materials. We use CNC plasma cutting machine and CNC flame cutting machine to ensure that the plate blanking size of the accuracy of ±1.5mm.
Bending&Forming
We have various Bending Machine, and the use of the largest 4000 tons CNC press (Model: W67K-4000/12500) to complete the bending of steel pipe; Multi-standard, adjustable mold to meet the different diameter of the steel pipe manufacturing.
Connecting
To ensure accuracy, we use CNC plate production line manufacturing the welding of steel pipe support. Firstly small drill makes positioning hole, and then drill hole to the required diameter to make sure the whole precision.
Flange Assembly &Welding
We use vertical lathe for fine finishing of the cylindrical and end face of the flange, then the test is carried out to ensure that the surface is smooth, flat, burr-free and cracked.
