Introduction

Oil immersed transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. 

Oil immersed type transformer main types:

1. Non enclosed oil immersed transformer: it mainly includes series products such as S8, S9, S10, etc., which are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings.

2. Closed type oil immersed transformer: it mainly includes S9, S9-M, s10-m and other series of products, which are mostly used in places with many oil and chemical substances in petroleum and chemical industries.

3. Sealed oil immersed transformer: mainly bs9, S9 -, S10 -, s11-mr, SH, sh12-m and other series products, which can be used for power distribution in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture, civil buildings and other places.

4. There are also various special transformers for special purposes.

For example, the high-voltage transformer for test, the transformer for electric furnace, the transformer for welding and the transformer for SCR line are used for the voltage transformer and current transformer of measuring instrument.

 Feature

It reduces 10KV or 35KV network voltage to 230 / 400V bus bar voltage.

This kind of product is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, three-phase maximum rated capacity 2500kVA , and can be used indoors (outside).

The transformer can be installed on the pole when the capacity is equal or below 315KVA.

Generally, the booster substation use oil immersed transformer, with a transformation ratio of 20kV / 500kV, or 20kV / 220kV;

The power plant use immersed transformer to drive its own load (such as coal mill, induced draft fan, forced draft fan, circulating water pump, etc.), with a transformation ratio of 20kV / 6kV.
