Dry type Power transformer Application

Dry type transformer is widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, wharf CNC mechanical equipment and other places. It is especially suitable for installation and use in places with high fire protection requirements such as inflammable and explosive.

Main Types of Dry Power Transformer

1.Open type: it is a commonly used form.

 Its body is in direct contact with the atmosphere, and it is suitable for a relatively dry and clean room (when the ambient temperature is 20 degrees, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%). 

Generally, there are two cooling modes: air self cooling and air cooling.

2.Closed type: the device is located in a closed shell, not in direct contact with the atmosphere (due to poor sealing and heat dissipation conditions, it is mainly used for mining and belongs to explosion-proof type).

3. Pouring type: use epoxy resin or other resin as the main insulation, which is simple in structure, small in volume and suitable for transformers with small capacity.

 Feature

Dry-type transformer is manufactured according to the epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer and the standard dry-type power transformer. The product has low performance loss, good energy saving effect, economic operation and maintenance free.

Besides advanced technology, short circuit and high lightning impact, it also has the characteristics of obstruction, moisture proof, dust proof and low noise. It can go deep into the load center.
